We’re looking forward to welcoming fans to Cadwell Park for this Bank Holiday Weekend’s Bennetts British Superbike Championship ‘Party in the Park’ (Saturday 23 – Monday 25 August). Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your trip to the circuit.
Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit is from 8am on Saturday, 7:30am on Sunday and 7am on Bank Holiday Monday.

If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.
All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven't received them, contact us urgently during office opening hours at [email protected]
Print-at-home/e-tickets tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them - your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue. All e-tickets can be printed or scanned from a mobile device; turn up the brightness if you can!
Please have your e-tickets downloaded ready for scanning on arrival or printed tickets separated to speed up entry into the event.
General parking
All public parking is in the South Car Park (from Horncastle direction) or the North Car Park (from Louth direction). Parking for this event is free of charge.
Any vehicles parked outside of these areas without the correct pass or authorisation will be removed for security reasons.
Please note: strictly no vehicles should be left in the North Car Park overnight from Friday to Monday – anyone found to be attempting to camp in this area will be charged a £150 per person release fee.
Bike parking
All bike parking is via the main gate on grass. If required, stands will be provided.
Helmet and leather storage will be provided by the Rotary Club for a small charitable donation. This is located in the bike park itself.
Blue badge parking
Blue badge holders will be given access to in-venue parking at Mountain Valley and the viewing platform between Park Corner and Chris Curve.
There will also be a disabled viewing area at Charlie’s Exit with limited availability on all three days. Vehicles with blue badges may transit between these parking areas, but any vehicle roaming outside of this is strictly prohibited.
We have a vehicle and driver available to assist our guests who may have mobility issues, but who do not have a blue badge. If you require mobility support, please call the office on 01507 343 248 and our team will be happy to help.
Grandstand seats
There are a very limited number of grandstand seats still available at the Club Hairpin, Mountain Approach and Charlie's Exit grandstands. Tickets can be purchased at the stands with prices starting from £15.
Camping – SOLD OUT
Camping at the circuit is now sold out for this weekend and there will be no availability on the gate.

The campsite will open at midday on Friday 22 August and close at midday on Tuesday 26 August.
Access will not be permitted (or any facilities provided) prior to opening, so please do not arrive early.
We are operating a Clearway on the surrounding roads, please respect our neighbours and other road users by not stopping/parking in these areas and utilise the holding area. There should be no unnecessary vehicle movement in either campsite.
On arrival, security staff will issue a wristband to each person in the group for the relevant campsite. There will be no entry to the campsite without the wristband.

Rider autograph sessions
There will be rider appearances throughout the day at the IXON Fanzone on Sunday and Monday. This can be located in the trade area by the Gooseneck.
Live music and entertainment
There will be live music in the marquee (located near Chris Curve) during the evenings from 21:30 on Saturday and 21:00 on Sunday. The bands performing are:

Trade and merchandise
A trade area will be in operation all weekend, with dealers and manufacturers represented, plus championship partners and vendors selling parts, accessories and rider and team merchandise.
Big screens
To help fans keep up with all the action, there will be large screens showing all of Monday’s action at Charlie’s and Chris Curve.
There will also be a big screen located at The Mountain on both Sunday and Monday.
Red Devils display - Monday
The Red Devils Army Parachute Display Team are dropping in on Monday! After completing their routine, the jumpers are due to land at 13.05 by the big screen by Charlie’s. Their appearance is subject to weather conditions.
Programmes
Official event programmes are available from the venue office and programme booths at various locations around the venue for £8. Each programme contains features, details about this weekend's event, plus entry lists and other useful information.
BSB Radio presented by Kawasaki K Options - listen online
BSB Radio will be broadcasting live commentary, interviews and spectator information throughout the weekend through the Cadwell Park or BSB websites, accessible via a mobile device.
Motorised vehicles
The use of motorised paddock vehicles – except mobility scooters – is strictly prohibited. This includes e-scooters, go-peds, mini motos, kids’ ride-on vehicles and electric bikes of any kind.
Repeated use of motorised vehicles in the campsites or anywhere in the venue could result in the user being asked to leave the premises.
Gazebos and other structures
You are welcome to bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others.

Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.
Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.
No dogs/animals permitted on site
No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] during office opening times to advise if you will be bringing a guide dog.
Drones and flying objects - not permitted on site
The use of drones or other flying objects is strictly prohibited anywhere in the vicinity of Cadwell Park
Scooters/bicycles – prohibited in public areas
Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within all public areas of the venue.
