At Cadwell Park and MSV, we take the safety of our customers, staff and volunteers very seriously. During our events, no matter the size, we monitor the site using CCTV and use open communication channels with our trained staff and contractors. We regularly work with Lincolnshire police and other security services to ensure our training and procedures are up to date with industry best practice.
We work closely with DCS and Prime Security, Tracsis – Traffic Management – leading up to and during events, to ensure the safety of all attendees.
Our site is constantly monitored and regularly checked, so when you’re with us you’re in the safe hands of expertly trained staff.
Please help our staff at the gates by having your bag ready to be searched if requested.
Do not leave your bag unattended at any time and please report any suspicious items to a member of the team.
The following items are prohibited at the venue:
- Fireworks
- Chinese lanterns
- The use of firewood
- Ground level BBQ’s, all BBQ must be raised off the ground. Disposal of coals and single use BBQ should be done once cold and in the Metal bins
- Scooters/mini -moto/any vehicle not registered for the road/E-Bikes
- Radio controlled cars/bikes
- Drones
- Lasers/ laser pens
- Offensive weapons
- Restricted or illegal substances
- Items that are deemed dangerous, offensive or unsuitable
- At some headline events, bicycles will be prohibited within busy pedestrian areas, this will include paddock and car park areas.
