There's less than a month until Cadwell Park hosts its first motorcycle race event of the season. And it’s set to be a cracker, with the Classic Racing Motorcycle Club (CRMC) descending on the Lincolnshire Wolds with a diverse selection of bikes from yesteryear on Easter weekend (4/5 April) – click here to book tickets now. Under 13s go FREE.
Motorcycles from a range of eras will rocket around the undulating, old-school venue, with star attractions including the popular Lansdowne Classic Series showcasing pre-1964 350cc and 500cc Grand Prix-style racers, alongside races from the ACU Classic and Post-Classic championships for later period machines. Expect to see icons such as the Suzuki GSX-R, Suzuki GS1000, Kawasaki Z1000 and Yamaha TZ750.
The meeting will also feature the King of the Classics championship for late-1970s and early-1980s superbikes, with the Colin Breeze Trophy awarded to the leading rider during the event.
Additional competitive variety will come from the Classic Sidecars where rider and passenger work together in harmony to achieve the best lap time. The Sidecar entry is expected to include 17-time Isle of Man TT winner, Dave Molyneux. On-track entertainment will also include classic motorcycle parades.
Not only are general admission tickets available at discounted advance prices, but hospitality upgrades in the Mountain Pavilion are available too. These include VIP treatment and access to a terrace overlooking the circuit’s signature elevation change. Call 01474 875224 or contact [email protected] to find out more.
Tickets are available for just £17 each day if you book in advance, with further reductions for 13-15-year-olds and FREE entry for under-13s. Click here to book now.
