Cadwell Park is geared to host a packed schedule of retro tin top racing this weekend (11-12 April) as the Classic Touring Car Racing Club rolls into town. The first four-wheeled event of the season will see saloon car racing from dedicated historic classes featuring Pre-‘66, Pre-‘83, Pre-‘93 and Pre-’03 machinery. Other CTCRC offerings will include the Ford-focused Blue Oval Saloons, and fire-breathing Historic Thunder.

A wider BARC slate will add more action, with the Caterham Roadsport, Seven 270R and Seven 310R classes bringing lightweight sports cars. The line-up also includes the Junior Saloon Car Championship, Track Action Racing Club, Adrian Flux Insurance MG Owners Club Championship and the Scottish Mini Cooper Cup.

Discounted tickets are available until 4pm today (Friday 10 April) for £17, with reductions for 13-15 year olds and free entry for under-13s. After 4pm on Friday, tickets will only be available at full price on the gate. For more information and to book, click here.
