We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors to Cadwell Park for the Summer Bike Bash this weekend (19/20 July). Here is some useful information to help you make the most of your trip to the venue.
Gate opening times
Public admission to the circuit starts at 7.30am both days.

Road closure
Please note that water main has burst in the village of West Ashby on the A153 which is a major route for all traffic coming into Cadwell Park from the south. This road will be closed ahead of this weekend’s event. Please plan your route in advance accordingly, especially if bringing a larger vehicle.
Parking
All public parking for this event is free of charge, including trackside areas around the Club Circuit.
Blue Badge parking
Specific Blue Badge parking/viewing areas are also available - please speak to a team member on arrival.
Tickets
Additional tickets will be available to purchase upon arrival at the venue. Click here for prices.
If you have chosen to have tickets posted you will need to bring the originals to the circuit as copies and receipts are not accepted.
All advance tickets have now been dispatched and were sent by either Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. If you haven't received them, contact us urgently during office opening hours at [email protected]
Print-at-home/e-tickets tickets are emailed on the day of purchase. If you haven't received yours, login to your MSV account to access them - your order confirmation email will not gain you admission to the venue. All e-tickets can be printed or scanned from a mobile device; turn up the brightness if you can!
Please have your e-tickets downloaded ready for scanning on arrival or printed tickets separated to speed up entry into the event.
Star guests
Several special guests from the world of motorcycle racing will join us this weekend, including:
- John Reynolds, the three-time British Superbike Champion who will headline the Suzuki GSX-R and RG500 celebrations. He’ll take to the track on an ex-BSB Suzuki GSX-R1000 and an ex-Kevin Schwantz RGV500 over the course of the event
- Ian Simpson, the multiple TT winner will be reunited with the 1997 V&M Honda CBR600 on which he claimed victory at the Isle of Man
- Michael Neeves, the iconic MCN Chief Test Rider, Team Classic Suzuki star and GSX-R fanatic will take to the track on his very own GSX-R750
Special themes
The Summer Bike Bash will celebrate a number of special themes, with dedicated displays and on-circuit sessions, including:
- Suzuki GSX-R 40th anniversary - celebrating four decades of one of the truly great production motorcycle lineages with parades and displays
- Suzuki RG500/400 40th anniversary - another celebration of an iconic Suzuki machine, the legendary two-stroke RG500
- Suzuki GSX1100E 40th anniversary - marking a milestone for the powerhouse GSX1100E with a national rally gathering for the model
- Amicale Spirit of Speed - a first ever Cadwell Park gathering for this global group of motorcycle enthusiasts with an emphasis on iconic former competition bikes including ex-factory Grand Prix and Superbike machinery
Displays and paddock
The event is all about motorcycles and countless machines will fill the venue’s off-track areas with all paddock and display areas free to enter.
Saturday evening entertainment
For those making a weekend of it, there will be live music, DJ sets and guest chats within a dedicated Summer Bike Bash marquee.
Gazebos and other structures
You are welcome to bring small, open fronted tents and other small outdoor structures (without sides) to general spectator areas, but we reserve the right to take down larger gazebos and other similar temporary structures if we consider them dangerous, or they obscure the views of others.
Please be considerate to those around you and speak to a member of staff if you have any concerns

Excellent customer service is important to us, and all our staff are trained to help you make the most of your visit to the circuit. Whether you need assistance to find a lost child or to locate a disabled toilet, please ask one of the many uniformed staff you will see throughout the venue.
Security
The safety and security of all our visitors is paramount, so please be aware you may be subject to bag searches and security checks at our venue. We would also politely ask, as an additional security measure, that you put luggage tags on all of your bags detailing your name and mobile number, so that it can be easily identified. Please do not leave your bag or personal belongings unattended at any time.
No dogs/animals permitted on site
No animals are permitted anywhere on site, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please contact our call centre on 0344 225 4422 or email [email protected] during office opening times to advise if you will be bringing a guide dog.
Drones and flying objects - not permitted on site
The use of drones or other flying objects is strictly prohibited anywhere in the vicinity of Cadwell Park
Scooters/bicycles – prohibited in public areas
Please note that use of personal two-wheeled vehicles, including scooters, e-scooters and bicycles is strictly prohibited within all public areas of the venue.
